Executive Director
Traci Russell
Traci has devoted her work life to building strong, local non-profits. Her investment in children and families inspired the completion of a MA in Human Development at Pacific Oaks University, while working as a case manager for pregnant and parenting teenagers at CampFire Boys and Girls, and later with a foster care agency called Youth Advocates. At Youth Advocates, she became a foster home licenser, quality assurance manager and then eventually the executive director. During this tenure, her attraction to innovation and common sense took hold. Youth Advocates participated in a pilot, evidence based program that created an intentional community for foster youth and families. She also launched an education support program that improved the graduation rates of teenage foster youth. Both of these endeavors inspired a state-wide interest in child welfare issues, leading to the creation of the Washington State Coalition of Foster Care Agencies. She served as its Board President for 2 years. Traci’s respect and talent for building extended community for families along with her investment in education advocacy largely influenced her decision to join Seattle Milk Fund in 2009.

Heather Giron Fritts
Operations Director
Christina Hannan
Christina has worked for Seattle Milk Fund since December of 2009. Before that she worked in fields as diverse as biomedical research and the business of supplemental education. Through her many interests, including racing sailboats, she has developed a strong desire to build and maintain strong teams. She received her Masters in Business Leadership from Antioch University of Seattle and uses that to coordinate many of the systems that keep Seattle Milk Fund running smoothly. When not at Seattle Milk Fund, she has her own consulting business managing other community small businesses.
